Sure, deleting those images is no different than deleting other images.

I think, however, that you are really asking if there is a way to not request those images
from the NIMAGE datastream since you are not planning on using them.  This is done by modifying
the ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf 'request' line for the NIMAGE data in an analogous way to what
you are doing for the NEXRAD2 and CONDUIT feeds.

Or, you are asking if there is a way to not serve the Hawaii or Puerto Rico images
through ADDE.  To do this, you would delete the ADDE dataset definitions for the data:
