I know that such a program exists, but I don't have the code.  I went out
to the Marshall Space Flight Center FTP site (cyclone.msfc.nasa.gov) looking
for clues about the code, but I didn't find any.  Someone there _must_
know about the code they are using ('cause they are converting imagery
from HDF to AREA), so we need to find out who that someone is.
