[LDM #KYZ-560013]: pqact.conf questions

Tom here chiming in with some questions:

Yes, it could be.  But first some:

Questions:

- what are the sizes of the LDM queues on both your production and development
  machines?

- are the pattern-action files the same on your production and development
  machines?

- did you find 'processed oldest product' messages in your LDM log file?

- are your machines sending us real-time statistics?

  If yes, what names are your machines reporting under?
