[LDM #EPA-318197]: pqact PIPE problem

Hi Bob,

In addition to what Steve wrote, I feel compelled to add the following:

Processes to which products are PIPEd by 'pqact' are responsible for
reading the entire product. If the entire product is not read (i.e.,
the pipe is not emptied, then 'pqact' will think that the action failed
and it will try the PIPE one more time. This will result in log messages
similar to the one you included in your original inquiry and could
be confusing if the process is creating expected output.

Cheers,

Tom
