The age of the oldest product in the queue is 361 seconds.

The maximum-latency parameter is 3600 seconds.

You queue is too small. The age of the oldest product must always be greater
than the maximum latency parameter; otherwise, duplicate product detection
won't work. I recommend increasing the amount of data that your queue can
hold by a factor of 12, at least.
