Josh,
Did your notifyme(1) invocation connect to your local host or did
you use its "-h <host>" option to connect to the upstream LDM?
My previous response is appropriate for your notifyme(1) connecting
to the upstream LDM. If, instead, it connected to the local host,
then your LDM was receiving the data products and there is likely a
problem with your pqact(1) configuration-file.
Would you please send us the notifyme(1) command-line that you used.
