[LDM #HZS-503248]: LDM

Ron,

In order to set the permissions on hupsyslog(1) correctly, execute the command 
"make root-actions", as root, in the directory "~ldm/src".

You should then see the "s" in the permissions of hupsyslog(1). Let us know if 
you don't.
