[LDM #EJF-472056]: LDM 6.13.0 released

There's a new beta version of the LDM that, hopefully, will solve your problem. 
It's available at

    ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/ldm/beta/ldm-6.13.1.7.tar.gz
