[LDM #BLJ-646993]: Issues with LDM 6.12.9



Kevin,

The LDM log file, "~/var/logs/ldmd.log" should *not* be owned by root. This is 
what is causing the installation problem.

Delete that file and retry.

Then, never execute the LDM as root. This needs to be in the documentation 
somewhere in big letters. My bad.
