[LDM #EGH-413691]: wnnh002/wedgefest

Wes,

The NOTE messages mean that a downstream computer connected and requested the 
same data that it's already receiving. This is likely due to the downstream LDM 
deciding to reconnect. Because the new connection would duplicate the old one, 
the new upstream LDM terminates the older upstream LDM. This is a feature and 
not a bug.
