Using the hot swap computer for testing should work PROVIDED the two computers 
are NOT behind a Network Address Translation (NAT) device, which would make 
them appear to the upstream LDM at our site as coming from the same downstream 
computer.

We can handle the necessary bandwidth increase and I assume you can too.
