[LDM #UHA-103928]: LDM not starting

Are there any other lines in the LDM log file?

The local IP address of "0.0.0.0:388" means that the LDM server will listen on 
port 388 on all available interfaces. This is probably what you want it to do.

In order to speed the diagnosis, may I log onto the system in question as the 
LDM user?
