[LDM #CCW-960122]: error creating queue

I suspect that the files "bin/rpc.ldmd" and "bin/hupsyslog" are not owned by 
root and setuid.  They must be in order for the LDM system to work correctly.  
Did you execute the command "make install_setuids" as root?
