[Support #NMO-769709]: Any known 64-bit issues?

There are no known issues with running the LDM on a 64-bit system.  We do that 
here and, in fact, we recommend using 64-bit systems so that the size of the 
product-queue isn't unnecessarily restricted.

The same goes for the Noaaport code.
