We don't know what's causing your problem.
Any hope of diagnosing the problem will necessitate our
logging onto Pluto as the LDM user. Would you please send
me that user's account name. You may phone me at 303-497-8648
to leave the LDM user's password or add the attached entry to
the file ~/.ssh/authorized_keys of the LDM user.
