The file "make.log" contained the following:
Making `all' in directory /export/caymus2r/ldm/ldm-6.6.5/src/pqcheck
c89 -c -O -xarch=v9 -DNDEBUG -I.. -I../config -I../misc -I../ulog -I../protocol -I../pq pqcheck.c
"pqcheck.c", line 174: undefined symbol: LOG_locAl1
"LOG_locAl1". I've never seen this error before. It appears that that
is the definition of the C macro LOG_LDM. Very odd.
Please do the following:
1. Go to the top-level source-directory.
2. Execute the command "make distclean".
3. Execute the "configure" script as before, using the option
"--enable-logging=local1". Redirect both the standard
output and standard error streams to the file "configure.log".
4. Execute the "make" command as before. Redirect both the
standard output and standard error streams to the file "make.log".
5. Send me the files "configure.log", "config.log",
"config/ldmconfig.h.in", "config/ldmconfig.h", and "make.log".
