[LDM #DCW-448836]: pqsurf dying on SunOS 5.11, LDM 6.6.5

The above indicates that a child process (12197) of the "pqsurf" process
(12150) terminated abnormally due to a segmentation violation (signal
11).  Apparently, something that's executed out of your "pqsurf"
configuration-file (etc/pqsurf.conf) has a bug in it.  What's in the
configuration-file?
