The "scour" utility is a shell script that uses the "find"
utility to determine what files to delete. Unfortunately,
there is no standard way to specify a modification time in
minutes: the "-mtime" option uses days and the "-mmin" option
(available on some but not all systems) is non-standard and,
consequently, cannot be used by a portable script.
