20050217: 20050216: 20050216: 20050215: LDM question about Redbook graphics/pqact.conf

Gilbert,

The /p string is used for products which provide a second
line following the WMO that provides the NWS PIL.

Since the redbook products don't have a pil line, there is no /p tag.
The information following the "!" character (such as is provided for
grib, bufr, redbook etc) is information I'm obtaining
in the noaaport ingestor from within the data itself and providing
to suplement the WMO header as more explanatory than the WMO provides)..
