The command "ldmadmin mkqueue" won't use the "-f" option of pqcreate(1)
unless you specified "ldmadmin mkqueue -f".
If you execute the command
pqutil -r -v -w /usr/local/ldm/pq/ldm.pq
now, does it still use too much of the CPU?
