Robert,
On a related note, would you please have Seistan's LDM run the utility
"rtstats" out of the LDM's configuration-file (etc/ldmd.conf). The
entry should look like this:
exec "rtstats -h rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu"
This will allow us to diagnose problems with the IDD. In general, every
LDM system that receives from or sends to the outside world should run
the "rtstats" utility (so you might have to check some other systems of
yours besides Seistan). LDM systems that are strictly internal to a
site shouldn't run "rtstats".
Also, does Seistan receive FNEXRAD products? We've noticed that LSU's
LDM is requesting them from Seistan's but isn't receiving any.
