The above looks good.

As you suspect, "ldmadmin dostats" has been superseded by "rtstats".  You 
can also remove the "pqbinstats" entry from the LDM configuration-file.

At this point, it's not clear to me what the problem is.  Perhaps Steve
Chiswell, the creator of the rtstats(1) system, will have something to
say.

Does the command "ps -efax | grep rtstats" show that rtstats(1) is 
running?
