[IDV #MKR-443485]: stereo support on idv 5.0

Hi Al,

We recently updated the version of Java 3D distributed with the IDV. Would
you mind testing the nightly build:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/nightly/index.jsp

If that does not work, you can try the IDV nightly with the visad.jar we
tested (unsuccessfully) earlier.

Best,

Unidata IDV Support
