[IDV #WAX-506623]: Color bleeds across colored contours unacceptably



Brian,

I spent the day digging into the guts of the VisAD API. I made some progress,
but never really got to the bottom of the problem. I contacted the folks at SSEC
about the issue. That's where I am at. Hopefully, we'll hear back from them
shortly.
