[IDV #RVJ-241405]: Sounding winds come up invisible (white)

In the .xidv, you can see

                                        </object>
                                    </property>
for most display except "ucar.unidata.idv.HodographViewManager", and you should 
be getting what you wanted. Did you change the default option in the popup 
window when loading the bundle?
