[IDV #WKE-436797]: not able to get map display as ti alwase show default map

What is it you are trying to achieve here?

Your sen2.xml projection definition seems to be valid.

It should be possible to define your own projection via the Projections menu in
the view window and have that be the default projection via the Edit ->
Preferences, View Tab. At the bottom of this dialog is a Default Projection
selection. (You may have to restart the IDV to see the new projection
listed.)
