[IDV #ZTD-112359]: loading focal mechanism data

Matthew & John,

Can you supply us with the header that you were working with previously?

That will give us an idea of what each column represents. Alternatively, please
supply us with the column descriptions, especially the first one which seems to
lack hour information.
