[IDV #CBF-953518]: UF radar file not working (not CDM).

Brian,
     Attached is a good UF radar sample. I think they need to make sure the 
header is the same, as the IDV relies on the CDM to read in the UF data and it 
checks the header to make sure this is a valid dataset.
