[IDV #WXG-265938]: IDV not displaying NOAA-CIRES 20CR fields properly

Hi Kevin.

In the late response department, we are going through our old tickets. The only
solution we can offer is to subset the data to eliminate those spurious lines.

After re-projection of the global dataset, it is difficult for the IDV properly
render the contours at the boundaries.

Best,

Unidata IDV Support.
