[IDV #BQL-793942]: Problems with Install

Greetings Jason,

It looks like this may be an issue with your video card driver and possibly 
directX (I've read that java3d will use directX for some older video cards). 
Rather than updating Java (the IDV comes with a copy of its own JRE it uses), 
could you update your video card driver and directX?
