[IDV #EJI-705696]: IDV not loading netcdf file

Hi Basit,
     The IDV is a Java 3D application and requires GLX version 1.3 or 
higher,please type in "glxinfo | grep version" in a command line window to see 
what you have installed. You may need to ask your system adm. to upgrade the 
GLX library.
