[IDV #PZZ-827823]: IDV v2.9u1: Inside out contour labels

Hi Dave,

In the ancient history department, the IDV and VisAD teams (thanks to Tom Rink 
and Don, especially) have made improvements in this area. If you have a chance, 
take a look at the IDV nightly builds and let us know what you think.
