[IDV #WXG-265938]: IDV not displaying NOAA-CIRES 20CR fields properly

Hi, Kevin

Yuan and I reproduced the horizontal line problem you see. We are pursuing a
bug fix, but in the meantime, we can offer a couple of workarounds:

1/ Select fast rendering (Dashboard / Display / Edit / Properties / Settings)
2/ Spatially subset the data (Dashboard / Data sources / Properties / Spatial
Subset)

Thanks,

-Julien

PS, I am new to Unidata, and the IDV team.
