What I'd like to do is, set up one window first, then use the same size, setting for other 6 windows, so that with one job I can make 7 similar plots, for different level CO mixing ratios. Is there any way I can do this?

Hi Debbie-If I understand correctly, use the Projections->Share Views menu. You can also use the Projections->Set Share Group to set different groups for different displays.
