[IDV #RLP-442390]: 3D surface display



Hi Marwan-

It looks like you are trying to overlay a 3D field on a 2D topography, thus the 
error about the domain dimension mismatch.

Could you please upload a sample file to:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload

and let me know what fields you are using for the winds and topography.
