[IDV #QHB-724761]: Question about "Making data source local" option.

Hi Jay-

Thanks to Tom Whittaker's help, I think I have a solution that sets the first 
word to 0 for ADDE images.  It will be in tomorrow's build.  Let me know if 
that solves your problem.
