It unzipped fine but I cannot open it either with the IDV or even with ncdump:
harpo.unidata.ucar.edu: ncdump wrfout_d01_2000-01-25_00.
/upc/netcdf/bin/ncdump: wrfout_d01_2000-01-25_00.: No such file or directory
Perhaps it is corrupted?
