[IDV #IIS-110625]: Miami FL NHC Outlooks not displaying in Weather Text Products Window

Let's just make sure we're on the same page.  I did:

- Selected the Data->Special->Weather Text Products (from server) menu
- In the display window, I selected NHC Products->Outlooks. Initially, I get 
the latest (which right now was from San Juan).
- Set the Time Covered to 24 hours.
- In the main display, click on the KNHC station
- Since KNHC sends out Outlooks for both the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific
I got 8 timesteps (every 6 hours for both (4x2)).  Looping through them, I can 
see the EP and AT outlooks.  Here's the latest for the AT:

Are we looking at the same product or are you looking for a different 
dicsussion?
