[IDV #OUE-658238]: problem selecting spatial subset of ECMWF grib file

There should be no difference between Linux and XP.  I can believe there is
a difference between 2.6uX and 2.7a1 - we made some changes to the map
selection panel.

Can you send us a sample file that we can test with?
