This kind of a REQUEST will result in you getting a LOT of data that you
will likely not want.  Once our test access to the MRMS data gets working
again (if it ever will), a REQUEST for WMO should suffice.

It is better to just REQUEST what you want.  This is especially true
when REQUESTing from our top level IDD relays as the volume of all
feeds being relayed can exceed 40 GB/hr at times.
