[LDM #BBH-396831]: nullproc_6 failure to rainbow.al.noaa.gov

The email previously sent to you by Steve Emmerson that advised you
that we do not have LDM admin access on rainbow.al.noaa.gov was in
error; Steve did not know that we do have this access (NOAA was
kind enough to give us this access).

I have updated ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf on rainbow.al.noaa.gov to ALLOW
feed REQUESTs from weather.msudenver.edu.  Please switch all REQUESTs
you have to idd.unidata.ucar.edu back to rainbow.al.noaa.gov.

After you switch back to feed from rainbow.al.noaa.gov, please let
us know if/that all feeds are working correctly.
