Weird!

Quick test:

- try running a 'notifyme' to idd.unidata.ucar.edu for NEXRAD3 and
  see what the output is:

  <as 'ldm' on twister>

  notifyme -vl- -f NEXRAD3 -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu

  Please report the results back to us.

Even if the 'notifyme' works, please change your NEXRAD3 request to
idd.cise-nsf.gov and keep us informed about your (in)ability to receive
the data.
