[IDD #NAN-265528]: help with ldm pqact.conf actions

Hi again Heath,

This is a follow-up to a reply I sent you earlier today...

Since it is likely that your ultimate objective is to
save full Nexrad Level II volume scans from KLIX as
single files, I have included a more complete example
action for your pattern-action file as an attachment to
this message.

The biggest difference in the new example and the old
is the new one takes into account that a full volume
scan of Level II data is composed of a number of NEXRAD2
products.
