Hi Brian, 

Ok, we need a bigger queue :) The last value "476" is the residency time (in 
seconds) of your oldest product..8 minutes ~may not be long enough to process
out of your queue.

To get a bigger queue you need to edit:

~ldm/etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf

..we suggest a queue of "2G" [400M is the default] if the machine has the RAM 
to support that. 

Otherwise go to a size larger than you currently have, and does not exceed 
RAM.(queue performs best when living in RAM space)

Secondly, we suggest adding a -close argument to your FILE action, this will 
"hold" any actions being taken on the file(s) until they are complete.

I suspect taking care of the queue will solve the issue, but if not please 
implement the -close option i.e. FILE -close instead of FILE.
