[IDD #AQW-283741]: can't get data

Thanks.  This shows that the machine you are feeding from, 
awl.rap.ucar.edu,
does allow your data requests.  It is likely, therefore, that they are
not inserting the data you want/need into their LDM queue.

You need to contact the LDM/IDD administrator in RAL to find out why
you are not getting the data.

I seem to recall that this situation occurred at once in the past, and
I advised you (by phone) to contact someone in RAL that is in charge
of their LDM/IDD installation, or, at least, is familiar with it.
My first guess for who to contact is:

I Gary is not the appropriate LDM/IDD contact in RAL, I am sure he
can forward your request to the correct person.
