20080220: WSI request from UNCO to idd.unidata.ucar.edu (cont.)

We are still getting WSI requests from tornado (I am watching the
~ldm/logs/ldmd.log file on our top-level relay node, idd.unidata.ucar.edu).
Did you remember to restart the LDM after making the change to tornado's
~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf file?  If yes, there must still be another request
line in ldmd.conf.
