Doug,

Thanks for the update -- ultrazone must be near the limit of TCP buffer tuning.
Can you change your CONDUIT feed requests from atm.cise-nsf.gov to 
idd.cise-nsf.gov?
At some point in the very near future, atm will not accept LDM connections
but rather will serve as an aggregation system for idd.cise-nsf.gov
