[IDD #XQD-109619]: Missing products on freshair

Sorry for the tardy reply.  Several of us are out of the office at the moment,
and getting online is not a given.

I don't know if this is indicating the problem you are seeing or not.

What happens if you switch your IDS|DDPLUS feed to unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu?
