20060105:LDM Eta 212 Grib

Hi Rhesa,

We do NOT re-format any data on the NOAAPORT data stream...

The NAM 212 is still in GRIB1, what decoders are you using?

Could you please send the specific error message and the decoder being
used so we can help you further.
