20050915:IDD feed for storm.pr.erau.edu

Hi Chris,

I see the latencies for storm.pr.erau.edu have gone through the roof as of
0Z today...

I am not sure if feeding from us will make a difference, looks as if
"somebody flipped a switch" in Prescott.... (packet or volume shaping)

...or maybe the students just arrived :)

They areb not requesting a whole lot, so let's try feeding from the source
and see if the latency issues go away..

Have storm direct their requests to us:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu

and can keep feeding from you as well for failover.

..and let's see if the latency changes.

Cheers,

Jeff
